Siding Replacement for a Modern New Look

For this project, our mandate was to replace the existing exterior siding consisting of bricks, stone, and fiber cement panels, to give this house a modern and elegant new look. We carefully selected superior quality materials to harmonize the aesthetic elements and ensure increased durability.

Work Completed

• Removal of existing siding: We removed the original brick and vinyl panels, which showed signs of wear, while preserving the underlying structure.
• Installation of new siding:
  • Decorative stone was laid on the facade to add character and rich texture.
  • Natural wood-colored canexel was used on the sides and back of the house for a warm and contemporary contrast.
• Window and door frames: The frames were modernized with black aluminum frames for a refined effect and better insulation.
